The Real Estate Appraiser

Posting by Morris Wetherington, Friday, September 03, 2010, 16:13:

Most folks think real estate appraisers are the guys that come out to determine your property value for a loan. In most cases that is true, however some appraisers are also real estate consultants and offer a wide spectrum of services, including inspecting major structural components and can offer a more in depth report than home inspectors. They also can provide cost estimates for repairs or new construction as well as insurance replacement cost alone with many other services. Whether you’re a buyer, seller or investor, you will want and experienced and qualified professional appraiser in your corner. If you’re thinking of purchasing, selling or investing in property you should hire an appraiser to help you do your due diligence and make a better informed decision. You will save more money than it cost.

Posting by Jeff, Tuesday, August 24, 2010, 18:10:

I have tried twice to pass the California Real Estate Licensed Appraisal Exam. I have downloaded COMPUCRAM. LEARN APRRAISING.COM and a program from Allied Schools. I still don't see alot of the questions that were on the state exam. There are alot, maybe 40% of word problems with math formulas. Anyone have any suggestions? My time is running out.

In Islam: - Se-x with Infant Girls - is ok???? OMG!

Reply by Maryam, Monday, August 02, 2010, 08:54:

According to almost all the historians, Asma the elder sister of Aisha, was ten years older than Aisha. It is reported in Taqreeb al-Tehzeeb as well as Al-Bidayah wa al-Nihayah that Asma died in the 73rd year after migration of Muhammad when she was 100 years old. Now, obviously if Asma was 100 years old in the 73rd year after Migration to Medina, she should have been 27 or 28 years old at the time of migration. If Asma was 27 or 28 years old at the time of hijrah, Aisha should have been 17 or 18 years old at that time. Thus, Aisha – if she got married in 1 AH (after Migration to Medina) or 2 AH – was between 18 to 20 years old at the time of her marriage.

The Appraisal Foundation Appoints (APPRAISAL INSTITUTE) New

Posting by Cochise, Wednesday, June 30, 2010, 20:17:

Foundation News/Press Release

The Appraisal Foundation Appoints (APPRAISAL INSTITUTE) New National Board The Appraisal Foundation, 05/28/2010

The Appraisal Foundation Appoints (APPRAISAL INSTITUTE) New National Board

The Appraisal Practices (APPRIASAL INSTITUTE) Board will be officially constituted July 1, 2010

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
May 28, 2010
Paula Douglas Seidel
Executive Administrator
The Appraisal Foundation
paula@appraisalfoundation.org
direct phone 202.624.3048

Washington, DC — The Appraisal Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the promulgation of professional appraisal standards and qualifications, is pleased to announce the appointment of (APPRAISAL INSTITUTE) members to the Appraisal Practices Board (APB) to commence work on July 1, 2010:

Jay Fishman of Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, for a 30-month term

Guy Griscom of Houston, Texas, for a 30-month term

Alan Hummel of St. Paul, Minnesota, for a 30-month term (APPRAISAL INSTITUTE)

Mark Linné of Bailey, Colorado, for an 18-month term
(APPRAISAL INSTITUTE)

Alok Mahajan of Mountain View, California, for an 18-month term

Gary Taylor of Brooksville, Florida, for a 30-month term (APPRAISAL INSTITUTE)

Jim (James) Vernor of Atlanta, Georgia, for an 18-month term (APPRAISAL INSTITUTE)

In addition,

Gary Taylor will serve as Chair of the Appraisal Practices Board and Jay Fishman as Vice Chair, both for the next 18 months.
(APPRAISAL INSTITUTE)

Over 125 qualified candidates applied for these positions, representing all valuation disciplines. “We were pleased with the quality and caliber of the applicants and from this pool we were able to compose this team of experts that will lead the Appraisal Practices Board as it commences its work,” stated David S. Bunton, President of The Appraisal Foundation.

In 2009, the Foundation Board of Trustees established a Task Force to study the issue of how to best address a void in the marketplace related to guidance on appraisal methods and techniques that would be available to all appraisers practicing in the United States. This guidance will cover all valuation disciplines, with a focus on emerging issues.

With the unanimous consent of The Appraisal Foundation Board of Trustees, it was agreed that a new board be established, similar in structure and composition to the already existing independent boards, the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) and the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB).

The purpose of the ABP is to issue voluntary timely guidance to appraisers on emerging valuation issues that are occurring in the marketplace. This guidance will be of assistance to appraisers, appraiser regulators and educators. The new Board will enlist the help of market surveys to identify issues that need to be addressed and will empanel small groups of volunteer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to draft the guidance for review and approval by the Board.

“The creation of the new Board represents a significant national milestone in the advancement of the appraisal profession and we believe that the guidance that will be provided will contribute directly to the credibility and reliability of appraisals,” stated David Wilkes, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation. “Now that the APB has been constituted, the new board can commence work on the challenging tasks ahead and we look forward to that process,” he added.

Any questions relating to the new Board can be directed to Staci Steward, APB Administrator (staci@appraisalfoundation.org).

Reply by Peter, Wednesday, May 26, 2010, 14:01:

This company is very unethical and disgusting to work with. I am owed for 13 reports I completed and still haven't received a check. I visited Denver a few weeks ago and ran into the owner, julie linkus, at a bar downtown and she was not what I expected. Dressed like she was 17, even though she's gotta be pushing 55. Her face was completely splotchy from botox injections and her jaw was chattering like she had been on cocaine for days. Not a person I would ever do work for again! She is very rude on the phone, but when I met her in person, she was very friendly, in fact, too friendly even though I had a wedding ring on my finger!!! I have never been so disgusted by a person in my life. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

Posting by discount mbt shoes, Monday, May 17, 2010, 08:03:

MBT can greatly improved. If you plan to use a particular MBT physical therapy on the health problems, mbt shoes, the most important is you have to consult one good expert and then take mbt as your assistant to improve your recovery.

The other hand is only through your daily activities in MBT shoes then it will make you stronger, cheap mbt shoes, and more flexible. Because every day we received spinal cord stiff joints and constantly impact from walking and work. This creates a foot ankle problem, and also the trouble from legs. These conditions can be eliminated by the core mbt’s technology, and just for your wearing everyday then in this way you can improve your whole body and make it in balance time. Many musculoskeletal problems, from poor posture and bad gait patterns.

Many people know the brand of MBT shoes. But they do not know the true function of it. The creator Carl miller developed a product from Marseille Technology, which is made of soft and rough surface. It has its unique design features, under the stress of foot, hip and back. It also protect the spine of repetitive stress with hard surface, mbt shoes sale.

Instead, she preferred Discount MBT Shoes plain schoolgirl dresses that suited her MBT Shoes on sale athletic lifestyle. A keen rider, she MBT Shoes outlet was one of the first MBT Men’s Shoes women to wear breeches and Discount MBT Men’s Shoes even, shock horror, MBT Men’s Shoes on sale jeans. It didn't matter MBT Men’s Shoes outlet that such items were MBT Women’s Shoes normally worn by men - she wanted suitable Discount MBT Women’s Shoes clothes. Coco always said she was MBT Women’s Shoes on sale born 20 years before her MBT Women’s Shoes outlet time. In fact, when her Wholesale MBT Shoes designs freed women MBT Chapa Shoes from their restrictive MBT Fanak GTX Shoes corsets and raised their MBT M.Walk Shoes hemlines, she was MBT Safiri Shoes anticipating the women's libMBT Shuguli GTX Shoes movement by half a MBT Sport Shoes century. Much of her MBT Tariki Shoes style was due to necessity MBT Tembea Shoes. The orphan girl had MBT Changa Shoes little money to deck MBT Lami Shoes herself out in frills MBT Tataga Shoes and feathers traditionally MBT Tunisha Shoes used to entice men.

So she bought cheap MBT VOI Shoes from department stores and Chanel Jewelry made plain dresses out of Tiffany Jewelry material, which, at the time Juicy Jewelry, was used only Cartier Jewelry for men's underclothes. Predictably, her Louis Vuitton Jewelry work was considered BVLGARI Jewelry scandalous. Even her short Chanel Jewelry on sale hairstyle was in response to necessity. One Tiffany Jewelry on sale night, her Juicy Jewelry on sale gas heater blew up, singeing Cartier Jewelry on sale her long locks Louis Vuitton Jewelry on sale. Her first thought BVLGARI Jewelry on sale was to cancel Chanel Jewelry outlet her evening's engagement Tiffany Jewelry outlet. But then she took a Juicy Jewelry outlet pair of scissors and gamely lopped Cartier Jewelry outlet a foot off her Louis Vuitton Jewelry outlet damaged tresses BVLGARI Jewelry outlet; she put a hat Chanel Bangles on and went with her Tiffany Bangles beau to the opera. Hats Juicy Bangles were to be Coco's Cartier Bangles stepping stone Louis Vuitton Bangles to sartorial greatness BVLGARI Bangles. Soon, she persuaded her rich lover Chanel Bracelets to set her up with a Tiffany Bracelets hat shop in the Juicy Bracelets provinces. Then, when he introduced her Cartier Bracelets to a powerful English Louis Vuitton Bracelets industrialist with dashing BVLGARI Bracelets film star looks called Chanel Earrings Arthur "Boy" Capel, she Tiffany Earrings spotted her opportunity. Chanel, now 26, threw Juicy Earrings herself at him, following him to Cartier Earrings Paris on the night sleeper. When he Louis Vuitton Earrings succumbed, she shamelessly played off her BVLGARI Earrings two lovers against each other Chanel Necklaces - even convincing one to buy her Tiffany Necklaces a Paris flat, Juicy Necklaces while the other Cartier Necklaces was persuaded to Louis Vuitton Necklaces open a bank account for her BVLGARI Necklaces. And all the while she Chanel Key Chains was inventing new Coach Key Chains fashions. One day it Gucci Key Chains was so cold at Louis Vuitton Key Chains the Deauville races Chanel Sweater Necklaces that she put on D&G Sweater Necklaces her Englishman Juicy Sweater Necklaces lover's sweater, tying it Wholesale Branded Jewelry at the waist.

It was the start NFL jerseys of a lucrative affair with English NHL jerseys fashion. At the time in England, blazers MLB jerseys and tweeds were for men, but Coco NFL Kid’s jerseys simply copied them for women, embellishing NFL Women’s jerseys the look with cufflinks NHL Kid’s jerseys and ties. Meanwhile Wholesale NFL jerseys, her hats continued to sell and her Wholesale NHL jerseys business was going so well Wholesale MLB jerseys that by 1911 - when she was Ray Ban Sunglasses still only 28 - her English Armani Sunglasses lover, Arthur Dior Sunglasses Capel, lent Oakley Sunglasses her the D@G Sunglasses money to Chanel Sunglasses open her first Paris Gucci Sunglasses shop near the Ritz, where Chanel still has its glamorous Police Sunglasses headquarters. By 1916, she Discount Ray Ban Sunglasses was employing 300 people Discount Armani Sunglasses and to Capel's great Discount Oakley Sunglasses surprise, she paid him Discount Chanel Sunglasses back. But Coco was doomed Discount Gucci Sunglasses to failure in her desire Discount Police Sunglasses to marry Capel, who eloped Ray Ban Sunglasses on sale with an English bride Armani Sunglasses on sale before being killed Oakley Sunglasses on sale in a car crash on the Chanel Sunglasses on slae Cote d'Azur.

Although Gucci Sunglasses on sale heartbroken, she soon Police Sunglasses on sale had another lover, the Ray Ban Sunglasses outlet Grand Duke Dimitri of Russia, and the Armani Sunglasses outlet once penniless orphan girl had now Oakley Sunglasses outlet made so much money Chanel Sunglasses outlet that she kept a permanent Gucci Sunglasses outlet suite at the Ritz and Police Sunglasses outlet was funding some of the biggest Wholesale Branded Sunglasses artistic names of the period, including ballet impresario Diaghilev.

Coco was Timberland Schuhe in her element. She started Coach Taschen Twenties' flapper fashion with its Chanel Taschen swinging pearls, short skirts and Louis Vuitton Taschen sleeveless dresses, all Prada Taschen perfect for the UGG Stiefel modern woman with an ghd Haargl?tter active lifestyle. And she MBT Schuhe designed the Little Black Chanel Schmuck Dress, livening it up with Tiffany Schmuck costume jewelry - another Ray Ban Sonnenbrillen first. Soon, she began to attract jealous Timberland обувь criticism. Denouncing the Little Black Coach CYMKN Dress, New York society Chanel CYMKN hostess Elsa Maxwell Louis Vuitton CYMKN snarled: "She can't be Prada CYMKN in mourning for "Boy" UGG Сапоги Capel, she wasn't married to ghd для выпрямления волос him. So she's making MBT обувь the whole world wear Chanel ювелирные изделия black instead."

Coco ignored Tiffany ювелирные изделия the taunt and Ray Ban Солнцезащитные очки, in 1923, came up Timberland chaussures with one of her Coach Sacs biggest triumphs Chanel Sacs: Chanel No. 5. By now Coco Louis Vuitton Sacs was so famous Prada Sacs that the richest men UGG bottes in the world ghd défrisage des cheveux were vying MBT chaussures for her favours Chanel bijoux and, although Tiffany bijoux wealthy in her Ray Ban Lunettes de soleil own right, she Timberland zapatos vowed to make Coach bolsas life complete by marrying Chanel bolsas the second Duke of Louis Vuitton bolsas Westminster - known as Bend'Or after Prada bolsas his grandfather's chestnut UGG botas Derby winner which ghd alisadores de pelo he was said to MBT zapatos resemble. She had Chanel joyería met him on a trip Tiffany joyería to Monte Carlo Ray Ban gafas de sol. The twice-divorced Duke Timberland sapatos - a gambler and womanizer Coach Sacos - was enchanted. Coco Chanel Sacos, who was one of Louis Vuitton Sacos the first to popularise Prada Sacos the Riviera as a holiday UGG botas destination and ghd alisadores de cabelo to revel in a suntan MBT sapatos as a symbol of the Chanel jóias leisured life, Tiffany jóias entertained him at her Ray Ban óculos de sol villa in Monaco Timberland scarpe. She wore her Coach Borse new invention: white Chanel Borse satin pyjamas. In return, he Louis Vuitton Borse took her Prada Borse to his English UGG stivali country estate ghd Stiranti per capelli, where he grew MBT scarpe orchids and Chanel gioielli daisies for her Tiffany gioielli. Riding with hounds and demonstrating a talent Ray Ban Occhiali da sole for fly-fishing and tennis.
